Joe Stuart  - Architectural Designer and Passivhaus Consultant  Joe is driven by innovation and making things better.  Drawing experience from the design and engineering industries, Joe has always been interested and excited by good architecture. Founding Warehome on the back of designing and building his own home in East London, Joe is continually striving to push what is possible in the architectural and construction industries. An education centred around sustainable design has guided Joe to the Passivhaus approach. This, coupled with a client-centred holistic design methodology, results in a home built to last and to be loved.  Formerly completing projects for LOCOG (2012 Olympics), Graze.com and many private clients, Joe has experience in industrial architecture, timber frame buildings, manufacturing processes, fabrication and product design to complement his residential architectural experience  He has project-managed and delivered various scale projects and has given presentations on design. He has also been a panel judge for international design awards.

  Colin L Potter  - Passivhaus Designer and Architectural Consultant  Colin Potter is passionate about the environment.  One of the first architects in the UK to become a Certified Passive House Designer, Colin has gained RIAS Accreditation in Sustainable Architecture, and is a member of the Scottish Ecological Design Association and the Passivhaus Trust.  Formerly an Associate with RPP Architects, Colin Potter has over 20 years' experience working in architecture with extensive experience of Housing, Healthcare, Leisure and Conservation projects, including New Build, Conversions and Extensions.  He has been Project Leader for a Community Trust Sustainable Village initiative, given several presentations on low energy design and Passivhaus, and is the designer of Europe’s smallest inhabited Passive House.

  Brian Doherty  - Chartered Architectural Technologist   With an Honours Degree in BSc Architectural Technology, Chartered recognition and almost 10 years' experience in the industry Brian has gained the skills and knowledge to be a specialist in the science of architecture.  He is passionate about design, construction and conservation of new and existing buildings whilst always aware of current building, planning and regulated legislation..
